Recommended dosage
The dosage for Biolectra Magnesium 365 Granules depends on the magnesium deficiency level. The average daily dosage is 1 - 2 sachets (365 - 730 milligrams magnesium ions).
Adolescents and adults: 1 sachet 1 - 2 times daily.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water and drink completely.
