Recommended dosage
The dosage for Biolectra Magnesium 240 forte depends on the magnesium deficiency level. The average daily dosage is 1-2 effervescent tablets (243 - 486 mg magnesium ions).
Children 6 to 12 years of age: 1 effervescent tablet daily
Adolescents and adults: 1 effervescent tablet 1-2 times a day.
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass of water and drink completely.
